Do credits expire?
No. Credits live in your account until you spend them. There's no clock, no “use it or lose it” pressure.
What if I run out mid-report?
Each report you've already generated stays in your reports forever. You only need credits to run NEW scans or ask new follow-ups. Top up whenever you need to.
Why pay if I can use ChatGPT for free?
You can absolutely ask ChatGPT “what does AI mean for marketing coordinators?” What you can't easily get is a structured report with role projection, automation mix, task breakdown, learning path, human-skills moat, and a roadmap — written by an engine specifically tuned for the “will my work change?” question and grounded in real research. The cost reflects the depth.
What about my data?
Your scan inputs and reports stay in your account. We don't train any models on them. The full report is visible to you in My Reports and (on request) to your nominated administrator if you bought through an organisation deal. We never sell user data.
How do referrals work?
Every account gets a unique referral link in their reports section. When a friend signs up using that link, you both get 3 extra credits — on top of the standard 4-credit welcome they receive automatically.
Can I share credits with my team?
Today, credits live in individual accounts. For team or organisation rollouts where everyone needs credits, the bespoke organisation tier above is the right path — it provisions credits per-user across your whole domain.
